The perfect creamy and buttery mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

3 pounds Russet Potatoes (Or Yukon Gold) 6 cups cold water (To boil potatoes) 2 tablespoons Sea Salt 6 packets Herb Ox Bullion (Sodium Free) 1 stick unsalted Butter ½ cup Half & Half Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Place peeled and cut potatoes in a large pot and add the 6 cups of water, the 2 tablespoons sea salt and the 6 packets of Herb Ox. On high heat bring water to a boil and cook until soft, about 15-20 minutes. While potatoes are cooking add butter and half & half to a sauce pan and heat on low. Drain potatoes and return to pot. Over medium low heat toss potatoes around to dry. Once potatoes are dry, using a potato masher, mash potatoes to desired consistency. Add warm butter and half & half and using a spoon blend. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
